not all prp is the same
More and more clinics are offering PRP injections, but many practitioners use poor techniques. For reliable benefits from PRP injections, the blood draw and processing MUST be performed correctly!
Multiple studies show that low-speed, single-spin, test tube processing will only yield about a 2x concentration of platelets, which has poor results for pain relief. Beware of the following:

PRP injections cost $450 and up. Insurance does not cover these injections. The total expense will depend on your specific condition. New patients need an exam and may also need diagnostic imaging like x-rays or ultrasound.
